Caroline Sweeney Rooke has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Program Assistant at Community Software Solutions, Inc., where they assisted providers in hiring and management practices, organized biographical and financial documents, navigated custom software systems, communicated with employers, and was responsible for website production and website testing. In 2014, they worked as a Residential Counselor - Shift Leader at Carrier Clinic, where they provided 24-hour care on a close, personal basis and assisted in establishing an appropriate in-patient home environment for psychiatric teens. Caroline was also responsible for administering medications and helping residents heal via a behavior modification system. In 2015, they worked as an Economics Researcher at Thomas Jefferson University, where they curated qualitative and quantitative documents relating to the efficacy of anti-trust laws world-wide, conducted primary research through online databases, relevant news sources and historical documents at local libraries, and organized qualitative and quantitative data in excel spreadsheets for 195 countries. In 2016, they founded NeuroLight Counseling LLC, where they were responsible for all brand development, financial planning and website design, as well as actualizing blog posts, social media accounts and advertising initiatives and creating content to optimize SEO. Since 2018, they have worked at Eleo Online Donor Management Software as both an Internal Marketing Director and Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Caroline Sweeney Rooke earned their Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 2013, where they studied Psychology & Criminal Justice. Caroline then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree from Philadelphia University, which they completed in 2017. Her field of study for the MS degree was Community and Trauma Counseling.
