Christy Doneff has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and operations. In 2022, they began their current role as Senior Director of Partnerships at Eleos Health. From 2018-2022, they worked as Regional Vice President of Sales at meQuilibrium, where they were responsible for driving employee resiliency strategies with measurable outcomes and accurate predictive analytics. From 2015-2018, they were the Director of Operations at Colorado Life Church. From 2008-2015, they worked at Skillsoft as a Senior Regional Account Executive and Regional Account Executive - New Business. Prior to that, from 2007-2008, they were the Manager of Business Development at Xversity Denver, a former division of Slalom & 2 Degrees Consulting.
Christy Doneff holds a B.A. in Psychology from Colorado Christian University, and an M.A. in Psychology & Counseling from Denver Seminary. Christy also holds a certification in The Challenger Sale, obtained in May 2013 from Skillsoft & CEB.
