Dennis Morrison

Dennis Morrison PhD is an experienced executive and leader in behavioral health and social services, currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Morrison Consulting since August 2017. Previously, Dennis held the position of Chief Clinical Officer/Advisor at Netsmart Technologies from January 2012 to July 2024, where leadership focused on enhancing clinical care through advanced technologies. As CEO of the Centerstone Research Institute from May 2008 to December 2011, Dennis oversaw the integration of research and IT assets from multiple organizations. Prior experience includes a similar role at the Center for Behavioral Health, where administrative and financial oversight was provided for a substantial behavioral healthcare system, and an academic role as an Assistant Professor at Indiana State University. Dennis began a career in health services with various management positions at NCS Pearson and St. Francis Hospital. Educational credentials include a PhD in Counseling Psychology and multiple Master's degrees from Ball State University.
