Dor Cohen

Dor Cohen has worked in various roles since 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an Operations Sargent for the Israeli Police, where they delivered online updates to officers and field officials in real time including confidential and classified information. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Customer Service Team Lead at Yelin Lapidot Investment House, where they acted as a professional consultant for a team of 10 representatives, motivating them to achieve goals while responding professionally and effectively to live calls in the field of pension funds, provident funds and loans. Dor also trained accepted candidates and mentored them into the department while improving customer satisfaction through regular feedback and call monitoring. Since 2021, they have been a QA Engineer at Qualitest, and they will be continuing this role at Eleos Health starting in 2022.

Dor Cohen completed a Master of Business Administration - BA in Business/Managerial Economics from Ariel University between 2013 and 2016. In 2017 and 2018, Dor attended Orin Shpalter without obtaining a degree. In 2020 and 2021, Dor obtained a QA certification from HackerU - האקרי המרכז ללימודי מחשבים והצעת מערכות בהייטק.
