Katie Blackwell has worked in a variety of roles across a range of industries since 2008. Katie began their career as a Table Games Dealer at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where they dealt high-limit blackjack and other table games. In 2011, they moved into the healthcare industry, taking on the role of Senior EHR Specialist at Nextech Systems. Here, they were responsible for leading strategic implementations of business and clinical EHR technology into outpatient and inpatient healthcare organizations. In 2012, they became a Senior Regional Sales Manager at WhiteGlove Health, where they worked to expand partnerships with existing clients as well as forge new partnerships across commercial and healthcare organizations. In 2014, they joined Virtual OfficeWare Healthcare Solutions as a Regional Sales Director, where they consulted with large physician orgs and health systems in EHR evaluations. In 2019, they moved to FairWarning - An Imprivata Company, where they served as RVP of Sales, consulting and securing partnerships with large enterprise health systems. In 2021, they became Director of Partnerships at Cedar, where they worked to reduce administrative and billing friction, leading to better outcomes for providers, payers and patients. Most recently, in 2022, Katie joined Eleos Health as Senior Director of Partnerships, where they are transforming the delivery of behavioral care with the power of human-centered AI.

Katie Blackwell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of South Florida in 2008, with a double minor in Economics and Management. In March 2020, they also obtained a certification in Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn.
