Christina Hennipman-Herweijer

Christina Hennipman-Herweijer currently serves as a Promovenda at UMC Utrecht, focusing on the impact of suicidal behavior on loved ones and the mutual needs between suicidal individuals and their support systems, with the aim of developing an intervention package to enhance collaboration among professionals, suicidal individuals, and their relatives. Additionally, Christina has worked at Eleos since April 2009 as a beleidsadviseur kwaliteit, managing projects related to nurse training, family policies, and the development of a behavioral activation treatment for depression known as Moodcamp. Christina's extensive nursing background includes roles in various psychiatric settings, with a commitment to improving care through active involvement in committees, training, and writing for external communication. Christina holds a Master's degree in Clinical Health Sciences focusing on Nursing Science from Utrecht University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede.
