Diego Moncado has a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry. Diego began their career in 1994 as a Culinary Manager at Red Lobster, where they worked until 1999. In 2008, they joined Elephant and Castle Pub & Restaurants as the Director of Operations. After that, they transitioned to Muddy Waters, WOW Hospitality in 2013, serving as the General Manager. Recently, they worked as the Director of Operations at Elephant & Castle Pub.
Diego Moncado obtained a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Red River College Polytechnic, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
