Niharika Kapil

Niharika Kapil is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and UI/UX design. Currently serving as Senior Unit Manager - Product Design at Bajaj Finserv since September 2020, Niharika previously held the position of Unit Manager - UI/UX Design within the same company. Additionally, Niharika has been a Visual Designer at Elephant Design Pvt. Ltd. since May 2019 and has contributed as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay since July 2018. Niharika's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Visual Designer at Animal from 2016 until May 2022. Niharika holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Delhi University, completed between 2014 and 2018.
