Tessa Gerlach is the Co-Founder and CEO of Elephant Gin, where strategic leadership and innovative brand direction have driven the growth of a premium spirits brand to global recognition since September 2013. In addition, Tessa serves as the Founder and Chair of the Elephant Gin Foundation, focusing on African elephant conservation, overseeing its strategic direction and operational management since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at The Dream Factory EU, Motion Picture Capital Limited, and Universal Pictures, where Tessa gained expertise in visual marketing, finance operations, and administrative support within the film industry. Tessa holds a Master of Science in Management Innovation from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Film Production and Marketing Communication from Emerson College, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from The American School in Switzerland.
