Ellis Yaw Gbeku

Ellis Yaw Gbeku has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 as an Accounts Clerk at SIC Bob Freeman Clinic. In 2009, they moved to South Akim Rural Bank as an IT Support, then to National Health Insurance Authority in 2010 as an IT Support/Data Entry Clerk. In 2017, they joined Groupe Nduom as a GN Health Insurance Client Service Officer, and in 2021 they began working at Elephant Healthcare as a Senior Customer Success Coordinator, conducting facility assessments, setting up profiles for Site Champions and Key Users, providing in-person and remote support, and training Site Champions on the key features of the Elephant OS.

Ellis Yaw Gbeku obtained a Senior High School Certificate from Accra Academy in 2003, a BSc Computer Science from All Nations University College in 2010, and an Executive Certificate in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Accra Business School in 2020.
