Danielle Kirrane-Lystad has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Elephant Insurance since February 2015, with prior roles including Internal Communications Specialist and various positions in claims adjusting. Prior to Elephant Insurance, Danielle worked at GEICO as an Auto Claims Representative, handling initial accident reports and ensuring timely follow-ups. Danielle's early career includes a role as a Multi-Channel Sales Assistant at Best Buy, where administrative support and customer engagement were key responsibilities, as well as experience as a cashier at Giant Food. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed General Studies at Germanna Community College.
