Raymond Steers has extensive experience in applications development and quality assurance, currently serving as an Applications Developer at Elephant Insurance since May 2009. Prior to this role, Raymond worked at Qimonda from August 1997 to February 2009 as a Quality Assurance Systems Analyst, where significant contributions included database design, maintenance, and the development of software solutions that resulted in substantial cost savings. Earlier in their career, Raymond held various positions at International Paper from 1988 to August 1997, progressing from Quality Assurance Technician to IT System Operations Support/Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality control and technical support. Raymond's educational background includes a high school diploma from North Miami High.
