Lon Zhu

Lon Zhu is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in leading software development teams and delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. Currently at Elephants Can Dance since June 2022, Lon previously excelled at Beyondsoft from March 2017 to June 2022, where a total of seven successful projects were delivered, and four technical solution architecture frameworks were developed to enhance the company's technical stack. Prior to Beyondsoft, Lon played a significant role at Huawei from June 2015 to March 2017, leading data and agile transformation projects, including the XMEN and DSTE Portal. Experience also includes serving as CTO at BangBang Technology and contributing as a software developer at Pengcheng Wanli Human Resources Co., Ltd and China Customs in QingYuan.
