Melissa McWhirter Peitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, fitness instruction, and auctioneering. Since November 2013, Melissa has worked as a Broker Associate at Cottage Realty, LLC, while continuing to serve as a Group Fitness Instructor at Ft. Madison YMCA since October 2012. Additionally, Melissa has been the Business Manager and Auctioneer at Chariton Farm Machinery Auction since February 2008 and the Business Manager at McWhirter's since July 2000.
