Jim Arras

Jim Arras has over a decade of experience in project engineering and management, currently serving as a Project Engineering Manager at Elessent Clean Technologies since December 2010. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and oversight of internal project teams to ensure commitments to customers are met. Previous roles at Elessent include Project Engineer, Control Engineer, and Program Coordinator, with a focus on global initiatives such as SalesForce.com and SharePoint. Prior to Elessent, Jim worked as a Seeds Designer at Monsanto and held positions in CAD support and inside sales. Jim holds an M.B.A. from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from ITT.
