Jon Davis currently serves as Technology Development Manager, Global Proposal Engineer, and Project Engineer at Elessent Clean Technologies since December 2019. Prior to this, Jon held the position of Project Manager at Smith Pump Company, Inc. from June 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing water and wastewater pump repair projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University in 2018 and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2023 to 2024. Additionally, Jon participated in a study program at Baylor in Great Britain in 2016.
