Hanna Jansson

Hanna Jansson has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Hanna is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eletive, where they utilize intelligent employee surveys and powerful analytics to measure and enhance employee engagement, well-being, and performance. Prior to this, they held the role of an Inhouse Interim Talent Acquisition Partner at Joint Academy, Nordcloud, an IBM Company, and CheckProof, working as a contract employee through Intrec Consulting. Hanna also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist at Intrec Consulting, where they successfully sourced and recruited candidates for various positions. Additionally, they worked as an Interim Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist at Quickchannel AB and Oatly, and as an Inhouse Interim Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist at AddPro AB and Avensia. Before entering the talent acquisition field, Hanna gained experience as a Skolkurator at Medcura AB Vårdemanning & Läkarrekrytering.

Hanna Jansson obtained a Yrkesexamen in Socionom from Uppsala University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Lagmansgymnasiet from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a degree in Samhällsvetenskap. In addition to their formal education, Hanna Jansson also obtained a certification as an ICF Certifierad Coach from the Soulcoach School in June 2019.
