Giammichele Chimenti

Giammichele Chimenti serves as Consortium Secretary for Sigen Consortium since July 2022, managing documentation for meetings and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Concurrently, Giammichele holds the position of Tax Specialist and Contract Manager at Elettronica Group since July 2018, focusing on both international and domestic tax compliance, managing relationships with local advisors, and supporting business initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Tax Consultant Assistant and Junior Consultant in tax management and compliance at Studio Commerciale/Tributario, as well as an internship at the Court of Perugia, providing support in bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings.
