Jason Phang

Jason Phang is currently a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI and Lead Scientist at EleutherAI. Jason has previous experience as a Research Intern at Google, Microsoft, and NYU Langone Health. Jason also worked as a Research Analyst at AQR Capital Management and as a Quantitative Trader Intern at Old Mission Capital. Jason holds a PhD in Data Science from New York University, a Master of Science in Data Science from NYU, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Chicago.
