Amy Ledford

Amy Godby Ledford, PMP, PAHM is an experienced project and program management professional currently serving as Director of Program/Project Management and Chief of Staff at Elevance Health since June 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Program Director and Chief of Staff at Anthem, Inc. from February 2016 to May 2023, where Amy directed extensive client-facing programs, managed program governance, and established key communication strategies. Throughout a career that includes various project management roles, Amy has led significant healthcare initiatives, maintained external client relationships, and received multiple awards for exemplary project leadership.
