Andy Walker

Andy Walker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Finance Director for Indiana Medicaid at Elevance Health since March 2017, Andy is responsible for overseeing financial operations and reporting. Prior to this role, Andy held positions including Business Development Director, Manager of Financial Operations at WellPoint, and Director of Physician Practices at Johnson County Memorial Hospital. With previous experience as Director of Finance & Operations at Indiana University and a Senior Financial Operations Consultant at Wellpoint Anthem, Andy has developed a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, and operational oversight. Andy holds an MBA in Finance from Butler University and a BA in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
