David Glinter

David Glinter, CPA, currently serves as the Staff VP and BioPlus Finance Officer at Elevance Health, overseeing financial operations within the largest independent specialty pharmacy, a division of Elevance Health. Prior to joining Elevance Health in January 2023, David held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Verizon from July 2016 to December 2022 and served as VP of Finance at CVS Health from January 2011 to June 2016. David's earlier career includes roles such as Director of Finance Process Improvement at HD Supply, CFO/Controller of a divisional segment, and Senior Financial Analyst at Hughes Supply. Additionally, David began professional experience as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where services were provided to a diverse range of clients. David obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1997.
