Dr. Paula Schuh Berbeco

Dr. Paula Schuh Berbeco currently serves as Health Economics & Analytics Execution Director and Chief of Staff at Elevance Health since September 2023 and as Lead Research Partner at Interhuman Group since January 2023. Previously, Dr. Berbeco held various leadership roles, including IT Strategy & Innovation Director and Chief of Staff at Carelon Digital Platforms, and Strategy and Change Director for Carelon Digital Platform. Dr. Berbeco's extensive experience also includes positions at Anthem, WellPoint, Clarian Health Partners, and Indiana University, spanning areas such as health information consulting, program management, and clinical research. Educationally, Dr. Berbeco earned a PsyD in Organizational Development & Leadership from Touro University Worldwide, an MHA from Indiana University Indianapolis, and an MS in Counseling from the same institution.
