Marc Lucas

Marc Lucas currently serves as Staff Vice President of Risk Adjustment Analytics at Elevance Health, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Marc held the role of Vice President of Risk Adjustment Strategy, Analytics & Performance Management at Tessellate from January 2017 to January 2020, leading risk adjustment strategies for over a million members across various partners. Prior to that, Marc served as Vice President of Risk Adjustment at AF-Group, guiding analytics for BCBS Michigan. With experience in performance improvement at Evolent Health as Senior Director, Marc has a strong background in the insurance and healthcare sectors, complemented by ownership of Ristorante La Piccola Roma and roles within the United States Navy as a Master Instructor and Associate Actuary. Marc's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Mathematics from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.
