Tom Watson

Tom Watson currently serves as the Head of Executive Search at Elevance Health, where Tom leads a team of executive search professionals focused on staffing a Fortune 25 healthcare organization. Prior to this role, Tom was the Executive Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Health Care Service Corporation, collaborating with senior leadership to recruit over 200 executives across multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans and subsidiaries. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and Secondary Education from Eastern Illinois University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
