Lativla Lee

Lativla Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lativla began their career in education as a Teacher at Durham Public Schools from 1993 to 1994. Lativla then transitioned to the business sector, working as an Account Representative at Delta Consolidated from 1994 to 1997. Lativla further expanded their professional skills by becoming a Real Estate Appraiser at Primis, Inc. of Durham from 1997 to 2000.

In 2000, Lee joined IBM as a Financial Operations Analyst, where they worked until 2004. Lativla then moved to Lenovo as a Cash Operation Specialist from 2004 to 2006.

Lee entered the pharmaceutical industry in 2007, starting as a Clinical Data Associate I at PPD before being promoted to Clinical Data Associate II from 2007 to 2012. Lativla then joined Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) in 2012 as a Clinical Data Associate III and later transitioned to the role of Project Data Manager from 2014 to 2018.

Lativla returned to PPD in 2018 as a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead and continued to work in the field of clinical data management until 2020. Currently, Lee is serving as the Principal Lead Clinical Data Manager at Elevar Therapeutics, where they have been working since November 2020.

Lativla Lee's education history includes two bachelor's degrees in different fields. From 1988 to 1993, they attended Virginia Union University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they studied at North Carolina Central University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching.
