Kaitie Cochran currently serves as the Area Director of Revenue Optimization at Elevat3 since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kaitie held the position of Regional Director of Revenue Management at TPG Hotels and Resorts from September 2019 to October 2023, and also served as a Revenue Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as the General Manager of Home2 Suites by Hilton at Real Hospitality Group, overseeing the opening of the Ocean City Bayside location from June 2018 to September 2019. Kaitie gained valuable experience as the Opening General Manager of Home2 Suites Florence - Cincinnati Airport South with Vista Host Hotels Management & Development from June 2015 to June 2018, and held assistant general manager roles at both Hampton Inn Pittsburgh University - Medical Center and Homewood Suites Austin - Tech Ridge. Kaitie began the professional journey as a Manager in Training at Homewood Suites Austin/Round Rock. Kaitie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutional Management from Penn State University in 2015.
