Director, Environmental Health at Elevate

Amanda Escobar Gramigna, MPH is currently the Associate Director of Environmental Health at Elevate, where Amanda directs activities of the environmental health team and collaborates with stakeholders to expand stormwater management, asthma home-based interventions, and lead abatement program offerings. Prior to their current role, Amanda held various positions within Elevate, EverThrive Illinois, Robert Crown Center for Health Education, and McGaw YMCA, where Amanda focused on improving environmental health, childhood obesity, and youth health education. With a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and a background in Environmental Studies and Biology from Bowdoin College, Amanda has a strong foundation in public health and environmental sciences.
