Natalie Kulpinski

Natalie Kulpinski, M.A., is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in HR administration, policy development, and employee onboarding. Currently working at Elevate since July 2022, Natalie has implemented efficient HR processes and maintained the company's HRIS system. Previously, at Tandem HR from July 2021 to July 2022, Natalie led onboarding initiatives and contributed to colleague engagement strategies, including the development of organizational policies to enhance workplace culture. Natalie’s background includes roles in personnel assessment at Psychological Associates and data analysis projects, as well as teaching assistance at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
