Senior Project Manager, Water Programs And IPM Strategist at Elevate

Ruth Kerzee is a seasoned professional in environmental health and integrated pest management (IPM), currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Water Programs and IPM Strategist at Elevate since November 2018. In this role, Ruth leads the implementation of IPM strategies and identifies synergies within existing health programs. Previously, Ruth was the Executive Director of the Midwest Pesticide Action Center from January 2005 to March 2019, where responsibilities included securing funding and promoting safer pesticide alternatives. Ruth's earlier experience includes serving as the Associate Director and Senior Research Specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where management of the lead abatement certification program was a key duty. Ruth holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
