Courtney Frizzell is the Director of Operations at Elevate, having previously held positions such as Senior Manager at Canadian Red Cross and Associate Director at WE.org. Courtney also has experience as a Live-In Treatment Youth Worker at Frontenac Youth Services and various roles at YMCA of Greater Toronto. With educational background including a Postgraduate Certificate in International Development Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
