Karl Smalls

Karl Smalls is an experienced professional in account management and business development, currently serving as the Head of Account Management at Telcom since July 2023. Previously, Karl held the same title at CTS from June 2015 to July 2023, where a strong focus was on maximizing clients' use of cloud technology while aligning with their business objectives. Prior roles include Key Account Manager at Alternative Networks and Business Development & Account Manager at Noble Systems, both of which involved proactive account management, relationship building, and driving sales. Early experience in hospitality as Bar & Restaurant Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager helped develop strong leadership and operational skills. Karl holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2009.
