Phil Hall

Phil Hall is an accomplished engineering and business leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. As Managing Director and Senior Director of Engineering at Elevate Aircraft Seating from February 2024 to June 2024, Phil has demonstrated leadership in innovative aircraft seating solutions. Prior to this, Phil served as a Senior Engineering Consultant at TCI Aircraft Interiors from October 2021 to December 2023, and co-founded and led apios.co.uk as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on next-generation in-flight entertainment and connectivity, including fundraising strategies. Phil's previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Elemental, specializing in venture capital-backed cargo drones, and as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mirus Aircraft Seating, overseeing all design and innovation projects. Phil holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University, completed in January 1995.
