Since its inception in 2018, Elevate City® has pioneered a transformative movement as the first women’s leadership network in Financial Services. 

Today, we proudly represent the most influential community of senior women in the industry, having hosted over 40 exclusive, invitation-only in-person events designed to inspire, connect, and empower.  

Our mission is bold and clear: to unite leaders so that gender equality is accelerated, paving the way for the next generation of women to thrive.  

Through our three dedicated Leaders’ Networks—spanning Banking, Insurance, and Investment sectors—we curate high-impact, invitation-only events that:

In 2020, Elevate City was honored as the ‘premier network for women in Financial Services’ by UK Finance and recognized as an ‘Ally’ for the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5: Gender Equality) by the World Benchmarking Alliance.
