Elevate is a boutique consultancy specializing in executive communication, executive presence development, and communication performance for executives, professionals in leadership or high-exposure roles, teams, and organizations.
Our work is based on a simple premise: communication does not evolve through ready-made formulas. It needs to consider the profile of the person communicating, the context in which they operate, and the impact they need to generate in the corporate environment.
That is why we design personalized journeys for professionals and companies that need to communicate with greater clarity and influence in real business situations: meetings, presentations, difficult conversations, change processes, corporate events, and stakeholder interactions.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱
• We support professionals in strategic positions in developing more confident, clear, and influential communication.
• We develop teams that need to improve the way they lead meetings, present ideas, collaborate, and align in their day-to-day work.
• We help organizations prepare narratives, meetings, events, presentations, and communication projects for moments that matter to the business.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸
Elevate works as a close partner to HR, leadership, and business areas.
Each project begins with a careful reading of the client’s reality: goals, challenges, culture, audience, exposure, stakeholders, and level of communication maturity.
We do not work with generic training programs. We combine diagnosis, technical repertoire, and practical application to build processes that are relevant, human, and directly connected to the real corporate environment.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
Over more than a decade, we have supported more than 6,000 professionals through more than 12,000 hours of programs, lectures, workshops, and individual processes, with work delivered in more than 10 countries and facilitation in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
