Jeff Bullard

Jeff Bullard serves as the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Product Strategy Officer at Stellus Rx since November 2022. Additionally, Bullard holds various leadership roles at Catalyst Health Group, including Chief Product Strategy Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer, among others, since September 2015. As the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Elevate Health Clinics, Bullard delivers evaluation and therapy services for patients with traumatic brain injuries. Bullard also founded MaxHealth Medical Associates and serves as CEO and Founder of Vault, a cloud-based HIPAA-compliant symptom evaluation platform. With extensive involvement in telemedicine through the Texas Medical Association and roles in multiple organizations, including advisory and investigative positions, Bullard's focus includes mental health, concussion assessment, and innovative healthcare solutions. Bullard holds a Medical Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wyoming.
