Katy Wiseman

Katy Wiseman has over 9 years of experience in healthcare administration. Katy is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Elevate Home Health since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Integrated Planning at HCA Healthcare from July 2021 to present. Katy also has an extensive background in Brookdale, where they held various roles such as Vice President of Integrated Planning, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, Regional Director of Care Transition, and RVP of Clinical Programming and Training. Their tenure at Brookdale spanned from November 2012 to June 2021.

Katy Wiseman holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University, which they earned from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University of Saint Louis, which they completed from 1997 to 2001.
