We offer real, practical, and intersectional training that actually sticks. Elevate Inclusion is proudly First Nations, LGBTIQA+ and disability-led through an intersectional and human rights lens, and built on lived experience, bold education, and no-nonsense equity work.

There are two arms to what we do:

👉 For businesses/organisations, educators, HR teams, and frontline staff
We are the first organisation to deliver training on Diversity, Justice, Inclusion — and Intersectionality (DJII). We help organisations move beyond checkbox diversity by embedding human rights and intersectional thinking into every layer: recruitment, policy, client engagement, team culture.

👉 For disability support workers
We teach support workers how to not be an asshole. With honesty, humour, and heart, we unpack bias, power, and what respectful, rights-based support actually looks like — beyond the compliance modules.

💸 Fees? You pay what you can afford, or what you believe the work is worth (plus expenses).
📍 Based on the Sunshine Coast, delivering across Australia.
🎯 Led by Bailey, a consultant, senior educator, and disability advocate with 20+ years’ experience.

We’re not here to make you feel bad — we’re here to help you do better.
