Jason Rottenberg

Jason Rottenberg is a General Partner with Arsenal. He has spent the last 30 years founding, building, supporting, and funding technology companies. He has served as Managing Director of OnPoint Technologies, the Department of Defense’s strategic venture program, since its inception. Jason is also a frequent speaker on technology innovation and the need for the government to leverage the private equity and venture capital ecosystem. As founder of Muse Ventures and IT Angel, he was involved in the founding and successful exits of several technology businesses. Previously a manager in Arthur Andersen’s Silicon Valley office, he began his career in Washington, DC. Jason holds an MBA with the highest distinction from Harvard University, where he was named a Baker Scholar, as well as a BS in business from Georgetown University.
