Madan Nagaldinne

Madan Nagaldinne is the current People Advisor at Elevate K-12. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Compass from January 2017 to December 2019. Madan has also been a part of many Pre-IPO startups, including Paxos (Blockchain Infra) Trade Republic (FinTech, Germany), Ally.io (Seattle, acquired by Microsoft) , Clear Co ( Revenue Financing, Toronto) Elevate K-12 (Ed-Tech, Chicago) Context Media (Healthcare), Blink Health (Healthcare), Flagship, Omniscient Tech(Neuroscience technology, Sydney).

Nagaldinne's passion is to help startups grow into world-class organizations and scale all the way to IPO readiness & beyond. Madan has also served as the Sr Director HR at Facebook from January 2011 to December 2017 and as the Director Human Resources at Amazon from January 2007 to December 2011. Prior to that, they were the Director HR at KLA-Tencor from January 2005 to December 2007 and the VP HR at Tavant from January 2003 to December 2005.

Madan Nagaldinne attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they earned a master's degree in personnel management and industrial relations.
