Eli Broverman

Eli Broverman is an advisor at Elevate.Money. Prior to their current position, they worked as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from January 2005 to December 2007. There, they advised public and emerging companies, investment funds, broker-dealers, and other asset management institutions on securities law compliance, fiduciary liability, and tax code requirements. Eli also structured qualified plan and retirement account compliance for public and private companies and high net worth individuals. In addition, they represented clientele in matters with the SEC, IRS, and other U.S. governmental agencies. Lastly, they advised executives and company clientele with senior management placement and compensation.

Eli Broverman attended Brown University for their undergraduate degree in Chemistry and then went on to study law at New York University School of Law, where they earned their JD.
