Robert Rice

Robert Rice, Jr. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, capital management, and treasury consulting. Currently serving as a Liquidity/Capital and Treasury Consultant at Elevate Outdoor Collective since June 2025, Rice also owns Rice Investment Properties since August 2015. Previously, as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Tribar Technologies Inc. from August 2022 to June 2025, Rice led financial forecasting and optimized liquidity management strategies. A Director of Finance at DWSD from October 2015 to August 2022, Rice managed a budget exceeding $500M and successfully raised over $300M in bonds while implementing a water conservation program. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Wilbanks Energy Logistics and The Harvard Drug Group, where Rice focused on budget development and profitability assessments. Rice holds a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
