Joe Niedecken

Joe Niedecken currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Elevate Pictures, where expertise in narrative design, technology, and brand experience is leveraged within an entertainment-based transmedia group. Additionally, Joe holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Iceberg Theory, a media and entertainment company focused on ambitious content creation utilizing Web3 technology and transmedia development techniques. As a Strategic Advisor for Praxi Space, Joe contributes to the advancement of human performance assessment and training through innovative visual and neurological systems. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Creative Director at Resource/Ammirati, an IBM Company, where Joe developed global advertising platforms and campaigns for major clients, and as Creative Director/Partner at Monster, a startup that pioneered online and streaming media solutions. Joe’s career began at Image Source Inc, where foundational skills were developed as a Graphic Designer and Interactive Developer. Joe holds a BFA in Art and Technology from The Ohio State University.
