Shiloh Francis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2010, they worked as a Sales and Service Representative at Furniture Row Companies. They then became a Student Ambassador at the University of Sioux Falls from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, Shiloh had multiple roles, including serving as an Office Assistant at The University of South Dakota and as a United States Senate Intern at the Office of Senator John Thune. They also gained experience as a Photographer and Owner at Shutter Shi Photography from 2012 onwards. Shiloh worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2014. They then became the Social Media & Content Manager at the Rapid City Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Shiloh worked as a Constituent Services Representative and Staff Assistant for US Senator John Thune. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Communications Manager at the Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce, and since 2017, they have been the Director of Communications and Marketing at Elevate Rapid City, where they oversee marketing and communications efforts.
Shiloh Francis pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of South Dakota from 2009 to 2012. In addition, from 2009 to 2010, Shiloh also attended the University of Sioux Falls, although it is unclear whether they completed a degree or field of study at this institution. Prior to attending university, Shiloh completed their high school education at Highmore High School from 2005 to 2009, earning a High School/Secondary Diploma or Certificate.
