Doug Stiegler

Doug Stiegler is an accomplished professional in finance and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Investments at Elevate Renewables since May 2025. Prior to this role, Doug was Vice President of Investments and M&A at Strata Clean Energy from December 2023 to May 2025 and held the position of Director of Business Development and M&A at Ørsted from March 2022 to September 2023. Doug's extensive experience in project finance includes tenure at 8minute Solar Energy where roles included Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate in Project Finance. Earlier career highlights include an Associate role at SunPower Corporation and participation in the Financial Leadership Development Program at SunEdison. Doug began expertise development in business development and marketing with Strata Solar, LLC. Doug earned a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
