Kate Beardsley Grant is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and policy within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Policy for Elevate Renewable Energy since September 2023. Previously, Kate worked at Rhode Island Energy and served as the Director of New England Regulatory Affairs at National Grid from October 2016 to May 2022, where key responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and regulatory strategy development. Prior experience includes leadership roles at CEE, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Tetra Tech EMI, focusing on energy efficiency initiatives and regulatory matters. Kate holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management with a focus on Environmental Toxicology from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Environment, Economics, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.
