Alistair Milner

Alistair Milner is a partner at SRI Global Consulting, where they work with elite sporting organisations on the appointment of practitioners across all expert functions in addition to Executive and non-Executive leaders. Alistair has worked with some of the world's highest-profile organisations and experienced cutting edge practice and dynamic cultures.

Milner began their career in 1997 as a recruitment consultant with Nigel Wright Consultancy. Alistair then moved to Robert Walters in 2000, where they worked as an IT recruitment consultant for one year. In 2001, they began working as a consultant manager for HLSP. Alistair held this position for one year before moving to sportscotland in 2003, where they worked as a partnership manager for three years. In 2007, Milner began working as a relationship manager for Sport England, where they worked for three years before joining SRI in 2010.

Alistair Milner reports to Jim Chaplin, CEO. They work with Kirstyn May - People Operations Manager, Helen Soulsby - Managing Director, SRI Global Consulting, and Jay Hussey - President, Global Search.
