Julie Bennett

Julie Bennett, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation, Benefits and Payroll at Elevate Textiles since June 2002, Bennett previously held the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits. Prior to joining Elevate Textiles, Bennett worked at Burlington Industries, Inc. as a Compensation Analyst/Manager from December 1999 to June 2002, and served as a Human Resources Manager from 1995 to 1999. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1989 and 1993.
