Tahinduka Joshua

Tahinduka Joshua serves as the Managing Director at Elevate Training Solutions since September 2022, where a program designed by Tahinduka has helped over 350 professionals enhance their confidence and presentation skills. Previously, Tahinduka held various roles at Andela, including Professional Skills Lead, where the coordination of curriculum development and soft skills training for over 100 software developers occurred. Prior experiences include project coordination and skills development roles across multiple organizations, such as CCOAIB and FXB Rwanda. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Rwanda and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Development Studies from the same institution.
