Lara Harris

Lara Harris serves as the Executive Director of Elevate Tutoring, an organization focused on enhancing social mobility for young people in the Bay Area since 2011. In addition, Lara co-founded HERicanes, a grassroots nonprofit aimed at empowering female leadership in athletics through various programs and mentorship initiatives. Previously, Lara held multiple roles at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, including Community Health Director and Health & Wellness Director, from October 2014 to January 2022. Lara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Rice University.
